How much does a paint correction cost?

One-stage starts around $650 and two-stage around $1,200 for a midsize car. I quote from your photos, because swirls, water spots and oxidation each take a different amount of time under the machine, and time is what you’re paying for. You’ll have a number and an hour count the same day.

Do you come to me?

Every time. Your driveway, your office lot, wherever the car lives. I bring my own water and power, so all I need is a spot with room to open the doors.

How soon can you fit me in?

I work one area a day, so Temecula days and Murrieta days are different days. Interiors usually land inside a week. A two-stage correction books a couple of weeks out, because it gets a whole day, sometimes two, and I don’t rush it.

Can I get a ceramic coating without a correction?

No, and you wouldn’t want one. A coating locks in whatever is under it, swirls included, for years. Every coating I do includes the correction the paint actually needs, nothing more, nothing less.

What do you need from me on the day?

Somewhere to park with room to open all four doors, the gate code if there is one, and the keys. For coating, shade or a garage: the product flashes wrong above 85°F, and Temecula afternoons get there by June.

What is the deposit for, and do I get it back?

It holds your day on the route and comes straight off the final price. Cancel or move it with 48 hours’ notice and it comes back in full. Inside 48 hours I keep it, because a slot I can’t fill on short notice is a day I don’t work.

How long does a ceramic coating last?

The coatings I use are rated for three to five years depending on the tier. How the car lives matters as much as the product: a garaged weekend car will outlast a daily that sleeps under a pine tree. A maintenance wash every few weeks keeps it beading like day one.

Can I wash the car myself afterwards?

Please do. Two buckets, a coating-safe soap, and stay away from tunnel washes with the spinning brushes. They put the swirls straight back.

Do you work on exotics?

Yes. Huracans, Cayennes, M cars, a Supra or two. Soft paint and carbon get the same patience as everything else, just more masking tape.

Still wondering?

Text it over. I answer between jobs.
